The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse (KKH), headquartered in Hanover, is one of Germany’s leading nationwide health insurance providers. Drive has been supporting and advising KKH for several years on a variety of projects. Most recently, Drive assisted KKH with the redesign of its website. The goal was to create a modern and accessible website in order to optimize the overall web presence and the customer journey.

To this end, Drive developed a strategy and concept for the new online presence. In several design and website workshops, requirements and ideas were coordinated. Taking these goals into account, Drive designed all page layouts based on KKH’s new corporate design and implemented them in the frontend.

In addition, a style guide for the website and app was created, as well as a navigation concept and a smart menu structure.
The launch of the website took place in several phases leading up to the go-live.
