After all, what drives us forward better than our best friend: MOTIVATION? Whether it's implementing projects, playing sports, or sometimes even just getting up in the morning—without the right motivation as a strong driving force, we won't get very far!
Precisely for this reason, or rather because of it, we, the project management trainees, have made it our mission to decorate our whiteboard every day with a fresh, highly motivating quote, saying, motto, or guiding principle.
And “decorate” is the right word here, because in addition to the already inspiring texts, we add a new picture we have drawn ourselves to the board every two weeks or so, which is intended to bring a smile to the face of everyone who sees it.
