Why employers need to communicate well

Employees choose companies—not the other way around. Companies need to communicate very well in order to reach potential employees!

Wouldn't it be wonderful if future employees were knocking down the doors of all companies, lining up and waiting to work for you and only you? Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on your point of view, this is no longer the case. It has been true for some time, but many are only now noticing it.

In fact, ALL companies are desperately searching for experienced professionals, young up-and-coming talent, or well-trained experts who are as competent as possible in whatever field, have professional experience, lots of potential, are eager to learn, have experience abroad, and much more. But in reality, the market is not full of these miracle workers that companies and their HR managers can pick and choose from at will.

THE CAREER MARKET HAS COMPLETELY CHANGED

It's not the applicants who have to make an effort. It's the companies that have to draw attention to themselves in the first place so that people notice them. And then they're supposed to spruce themselves up, be attractive and likeable, and show why all the princes and princesses should come and work for them. Many people have experienced things very differently.

Today, it's like this: companies are looking for employees—not the other way around. And this applies to all markets and jobs, except maybe for jobs like drummer for Guns N' Roses, CEO at Axel Springer, or similar. Are you looking for an IT person, male, female, or non-binary? Or a good salesperson? Whether they are trainees, career starters, or specialists, they can choose the jobs they want. Companies, on the other hand, have to work hard to convince them. And that's how it will remain for the foreseeable future.

HOW CAN COMPANIES BEST APPROACH THIS TASK?
