Website relaunch – the decision

The animals of the forest have made their decision. What happens next? What are the first steps?

The animals of the forest have made their decision.

With DRIVE, they are entering the race and taking their first steps with us. A kick-off meeting is needed—ideally a structured workshop with the individual animal groups. It must be individualized and efficient.

The requirements, wishes, and ideas are discussed together in the forest. DRIVE is happy to visit its clients and see what their environment is like and how they interact in the clearings or on the paths. We are happy to bring members of our team from the technical and/or design departments with us to enable a direct exchange with the specialist departments. The briefing helps us to get to know your market, your goals, target groups, and requirements personally and to follow up on them. Our preliminary analysis forms the basis for this: website usage, market and competition analysis, print status, and CD material are just a fraction of what we do.

DRIVE creates and approves a joint specification sheet, which is used to create a requirements specification. The project plan serves as a basis and guideline for all parties: the schedule, calculation, strategic orientation, etc. are all defined.

Now the work can begin!

We have a solution for all our clients, tailored to their budget and plans. It doesn't always have to be a workshop. We always welcome a kick-off and getting to know each other personally. We communicate a lot by phone, video calls, and emails. Fast response and implementation are important to us, always with an eye on strategic direction and forward thinking.

Get in touch with us, invite us over, and we'll show you how you can achieve your goals! Feel free to send us an email at autopilot@drive.eu.
