U-Comix Cover No. 188

U-COMIX with drive

DRIVE produced the free comic magazine U-Comix from its relaunch with issue 182 until issue 188, which, like all previous issues, was available in November 2014 at all train station kiosks and comic book stores throughout Germany. As the publisher, we were responsible for production, financing, marketing, and distribution.

During this time, the wild comic magazine was so successful that it was self-sustaining, which made us very happy. With up to 3,500 copies per issue, U-Comix had become one of the most successful German-language comic magazines at the time.

After seven issues and a special edition, we decided to call it a day and wished the team around editor Steff Murschetz all the best, lots of fun and success, and free thoughts for good comics. Live long and prosper!
