Monika Probst from DRIVE has been honored as Entrepreneur of the Year by the city of Hannover: „Frauen machen Standort“ - “Women Make Location”. The award recognizes female entrepreneurs and their companies who contribute sustainably and successfully to the location, while adhering to special principles, particularly in employment and support of women and families, and implementing them effectively. Successful training and support of women and families - at DRIVE , the jury was convinced that we offer individual part-time models, assistance with further qualification of employees, and flexible working hours. Additionally, we have been successfully training apprentices in professions such as marketing communication management, media design, and application development for many years. The jury judged DRIVE to have an exemplary family- and women-friendly corporate culture. "Successful and creative female entrepreneurs are of enormous importance to the economic location of Hannover," said the economic councilor, Ms. Tegtmeyer-Dette, at the awards ceremony. "The overall package of DRIVE and the overall package of Monika Probst, both fit," summarized Ms. Friedrike Kämpfe, the equal opportunities commissioner of the city of Hannover.

"Hannover is a great location for the creative industries and education," emphasized Monika at the press conference. "We also have, in international comparison, the best training opportunities for young, creative individuals here. Through companies like DRIVE, our agency, we can offer these well-trained graduates the best job opportunities and maintain, expand, and showcase the great creative potential in Hannover to the world, showing where the creative minds in Germany reside."
Recognition and Encouragement

The prize money will be donated in full to several initiatives that promote the integration and education of children, as well as children's and youth sports. Previous recipients include Franziska Stünkel, film director, screenwriter, and photo artist, Solvay Deutschland GmbH, the Intercultural Social Service, the Gisma Business School, and other female entrepreneurs and companies in the city. The award was presented to Monika Probst during the city of Hannover's economic reception.
