Employer branding – establishing yourself as an employer brand

How to communicate to attract new employees.

It is not only important for large, world-renowned companies to communicate well and accurately in order to attract potential new employees; it is also crucial for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Most people think that it is enough to simply have a good job and do their work. That is true: it is important. But unfortunately, it is not enough.

It can happen to anyone. Are your employees satisfied and happy? Are they able and willing to continue doing good work for your company? These are questions that every entrepreneur and HR manager must ask themselves time and time again.

And if you have to search, what are the right tools, the best ways, and the appropriate media to attract new employees? Many traditional and once successful tools are no longer effective today.

But there's no point in throwing in the towel. Let's keep going and try something new.

How do others do it? Some offer lots of fun and entertainment alongside work.

In moderation, some things may be useful. But the risk that performance and results will be impaired as a result is not insignificant.

How can a company become popular among its employees? And how can it stay that way?
