DRIVE keeps going, even with coronavirus

In order to protect everyone we come into contact with and to take care of our clients and your projects, we have implemented a number of measures.

Dear friends,

DRIVE keeps on working, even during Corona.

  • Home office: we can all work from home, with computers, software, and VPN. Our infrastructure is designed for decentralized work and is secure. Tasks and projects are distributed digitally via our project management system.
  • Project distribution list: Please use our distribution list so that all information and messages always reach you and we can act and react quickly on your behalf. You can also reach us by phone at the usual numbers.
  • Tasks and functions: are all covered by multiple people and thus secured; all tasks are well documented in detail.
  • Servers and sites: all run in data centers, 24/7, with backups as planned. All maintenance, security, and servicing tasks are also running as planned.
  • Meetings, visits, trips, travel: everything has been moved to digital communication. No public transportation either.
  • Projects: all running well and continuing.
  • On-call services and hotline: For clients and projects, we provide on-call service on weekends, early in the morning, in the evening, and at night, i.e., outside normal working hours. This is especially important right now, so please feel free to contact us.

We currently have no cases of coronavirus at our company, but we are prepared to ensure that everything continues to run smoothly. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Together, we will get through this difficult time.

Stay strong and healthy!

Your DRIVE team
