DRIVE generates power with B.E.A.T.
Here are a few impressions from the first session with Johanna, the athletic trainer at B.E.A.T., the athletic center in Hanover. Johanna really made us sweat! She had a great setup and varied the exercises for every level of fitness.

Why are we doing this?
Because exercise is important, especially now when we are working from home and don't get much exercise. Because it's good to have a scheduled appointment where you really have to do something. And because it's fun to do something together with your colleagues.

The result
Hardly any muscle soreness, felt great, and had a lot of fun! Thank you very much to everyone! We'll continue next week; the program is set up for four sessions to start with.
