On November 21, 2024, we from DRIVE were part of the IJK Career Expo in Hanover. The expo serves as a platform for students to gain insights into companies in the communications, media, and music industries and to make valuable connections. For us, it was a fantastic opportunity to present DRIVE as an innovative company and to engage with talented young professionals.

DRIVE at the IJK Career Expo 2024
Our Booth and Interactions
At our booth, visitors were able to get to know DRIVE and interact with us directly. A particular highlight was our interactive survey on the most important trends in the media industry. The results sparked interesting discussions and revealed exciting perspectives that we were eager to take away.

Why the IJK Career Expo Is Important
The IJK Career Expo brings together companies and students in an open setting. For us, direct contact is key: we want to not only showcase our company but also learn more about the expectations and ideas of the younger generation. Events like this provide us with a valuable opportunity to establish connections early on and strengthen our position as an employer.

We thank everyone who visited our booth and look forward to the next opportunity to present ourselves at the IJK Career Expo. For more information about DRIVE and career opportunities, click here.
