We were delighted to accept the invitation from the CLUB D'AFFAIRES FRANCO ALLEMAND DE LA CÔTE D'AZUR to attend a meeting. It was an exciting event and a great opportunity to introduce ourselves, make contacts, and get to know other members, companies, and organizations. The meeting took place at SAP Labs France - Sophia Antipolis in Mougins, near Nice.

DRIVE at the Franco-German Business Club of the French Riviera

Strengthening Franco-German friendship
Relations between countries and cultures are important, and it is by no means a given that they will function well. This is also true between neighbors whose close ties have existed for many decades. What role models, leading figures, and politicians such as de Gaulle and Adenauer, Giscard d'Estaing and Schmidt, or Mitterand and Kohl established and continued, what was based on political reason and resulted in personal friendships—in order for it to live on, it must be lived and nurtured. Especially in times when political and economic isolationism is being talked about, when conflicts between people, groups, and states quickly come to a head and escalate, it seems important to us to actually exemplify friendship and understanding. Monika and Stephan from DRIVE also cultivate international exchange within their families across several generations, especially with France: We enjoy speaking French and love French culture: the food, the wine, the music, the art, the comics, and we have many French friends.

DRIVE for Europe
At DRIVE, we see ourselves as a European agency. Why? Because exchange is important and forms the basis for...
- creating more connections and thus finding opportunities
- recognizing and seizing more chances
- gaining a better understanding of other people, cultures, languages, and circumstances
- developing ourselves and constantly improving.
And because it's simply fun.
It was a wonderful meeting and we look forward to many more great opportunities in the future.
