Since 2006, DRIVE has supported the PartnerLIFT Kooperationsgesellschaft mbH as its strategic lead partner and digital system architect. Comprising a dense network of over 100 independent rental companies for access platforms, construction machinery, cranes, and forklifts, PartnerLIFT is recognized as one of the largest industry networks in Europe. The core challenge was to digitally consolidate the physical machinery fleets of all decentralized partners into a single, high-performance, and networked system, automating both internal machinery sharing and external rentals to B2B and B2C clients across Europe.

DRIVE engineered and programmed the association's technological nervous system entirely in-house from scratch. The centerpiece is the centralized PartnerLIFT rental equipment database, designed as a powerful cross-media system. This core engine automatically generates technical machine data sheets, including load charts and performance diagrams. Utilizing high-speed APIs developed by DRIVE, the external websites of the connected partners are fed with valid real-time data via a customized WordPress plugin or native TYPO3 extension. The comprehensive association portal and the restricted, highly secure PartnerLIFT intranet were built within the TYPO3 Enterprise CMS. This digital ecosystem is completed by an integrated B2B rental shop for direct booking, a digital used machinery marketplace, and the native PartnerLIFT app engineered by DRIVE for mobile logistics directly on the construction site.

Over 150 rental locations, a unified digital identity: We’ve established a scalable regional geomarketing strategy for PartnerLIFT’s nationwide network. Through customized local SEO, optimized Google Business Profile structures, and location-specific landing pages, we maximize the visibility of each individual location. Technical optimization of the interactive location search ensures maximum conversion from the search directly to a regional booking request.
