Design Relaunch for jobs.heise.de
Heise Jobs is the established specialist job board for IT professionals in Germany. To successfully connect digital talents with forward-thinking employers, a platform requires more than just pure market reach—it demands a flawless user experience. Working closely with our client, we transformed jobs.heise.de into a fresh, modern appearance that raises the bar for usability and design.
The core objective of the relaunch was to link the job board more effectively with other heise online channels while radically simplifying the application journey for IT specialists.
User-Centric Design From Search to Job Details
Great design is defined by its ability to guide users intuitively. Through intensive video workshops, we conceptualized the entire usability framework and mapped out advanced user guidance possibilities from scratch.
The visual overhaul includes a completely reimagined homepage for the job overview as well as an optimized layout for the individual job detail pages. Paired with a modern visual style tailored specifically to the tech industry, the new interface delivers a cohesive and highly professional brand experience.
Boosting Visibility Behind the Scenes
A beautiful design only achieves its full potential when supported by matching technical performance. For this reason, extensive search engine optimization (SEO) measures were embedded deep within the platform. These background updates ensure that the job listings posted by corporate clients achieve significantly higher discoverability in search results.
To guarantee a seamless development workflow, we prepared all assets in Adobe XD and supervised the technical deployment through continuous quality control checks right up to the successful launch.
