For Elementis plc, a specialty chemicals global leader listed on the London Stock Exchange, DRIVE served as the global digital lead agency to fundamentally reconceptualize and technologically revolutionize their worldwide digital footprint. The decentralized and vulnerable legacy infrastructure built on Drupal was entirely eliminated and replaced with a high-performance multi-site environment powered by the TYPO3 Enterprise CMS.

The project demanded ultimate technical and editorial full-service execution from DRIVE: mid-rebranding, no text assets were available, prompting our creative team to write almost all global product, corporate, and brand copy from scratch in English. The primary technological milestone was managing the highly complex infrastructure migration of the Chinese-language web assets directly onto the Tencent Cloud, successfully and securely bypassing the "Great Firewall" while delivering elite page-loading speeds inside China. Concurrently, DRIVE engineered a complete rebuild of the global Salesforce CRM architecture to automate international lead management and natively integrated the corporate PIM system for rapid deployment of product and sensitive safety data sheets.
