On behalf of the German Energy Agency (dena), DRIVE served as the digital lead partner to completely reconceptualize, design, and engineer the global platform energiesprong.de. Funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), this digital ecosystem serves as the primary multi-stakeholder interface to accelerate the market development of serialized building energy retrofits across the construction and real estate industries.

The primary strategic challenge was to translate complex ecological and sustainability data into a highly engaging user journey specifically optimized for innovators and early adopters. Technologically, the platform centers around a custom-built solution provider database engineered by DRIVE. This high-performance directory allows property owners to seamlessly locate verified net-zero construction partners, utilizing automated entry registration and data transfer workflows. The entire ecosystem is powered by the TYPO3 Enterprise CMS, matching rigorous government IT security requirements and complete GDPR compliance, while being strictly developed according to EU WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards. Rich multimedia content engineering, integrated marketing modules, and an optimized internal platform search complete the digital infrastructure.
